1, self aligning ball bearing temperature rise reasons:
(1) the cooling water of.Self aligning ball bearing is interrupted.
(2) oil deterioration, oil itself is not clean or oil deterioration in operation, such as the increase of moisture in the oil will cause the increase of oil acidity. It will reduce the lubrication effect of the oil and cause the corrosion of the bearing bush, resulting in the increase of self aligning ball bearing temperature.
2. Phenomenon:
(1). There are alarm bells ringing.
(2). Beside the disc turbine machinery fault light plate light, indicating that the self aligning ball bearing temperature meter temperature signal relay.
(3). The thermometer plate (expansion thermometer) black needle and yellow needle overlap or exceed the yellow needle.
(4). A fault signal that raises the temperature of self aligning ball bearing.
3. Treatment
When the temperature of self aligning ball bearing rises, the first judge whether or not to do misoperation, if it does rise, should be dealt with as follows:
(1) check the water pressure of cooling water, water flow and pipeline system is normal. If the water pressure is low, the filter can be blocked and can not be processed in time. It can be shut down and then put into use when it is confirmed that it can work.
(2). The hydraulic pressure of the governor should be checked. If the oil pressure is low, the hydraulic valve of the cooling water may be closed.
(3). Check whether the self aligning ball bearing has a sound, and check whether the self aligning ball bearing pendulum has an exception.
(4). Oil sampling observation of oil color is changing, and tests to see if spoilage. If the deterioration is confirmed, the new oil should be replaced by the shutdown.
(5). Check whether the oil level is normal or not, if it is not normal, check whether the oil drain valve is closed. If it is closed, the oil should be filled. If it is sealant, the oil should be shut down.
